- 1 你們要讚美耶和華。我的心哪！要讚美耶和華。
- 2 我還活著的時候，我要讚美耶和華；我還在世上的時候，我要歌頌我的 神。
- 3 你們不要倚靠權貴，不要倚靠世人，他們一點都不能救助你們。
- 4 他們的氣一斷，就歸回塵土；他們所計劃的，當天就幻滅了。
- 5 以雅各的 神為自己的幫助，仰望耶和華他的 神的，這人就是有福的。
- 6 耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物；他持守信實，直到永遠。
- 7 他為受欺壓的人伸冤，賜食物給飢餓的人，耶和華使被囚的得自由。
- 8 耶和華開了瞎子的眼睛，耶和華扶起被壓迫的人，耶和華喜愛義人。
- 9 耶和華保護寄居的，扶持孤兒寡婦，卻使惡人的行動挫敗。
- 10 願耶和華作王，直到永遠！錫安哪！願你的 神作王，直到萬代。你們要讚美耶和華。
