- 1 你们要赞美耶和华。我的心哪！要赞美耶和华。
- 2 我还活着的时候，我要赞美耶和华；我还在世上的时候，我要歌颂我的 神。
- 3 你们不要倚靠权贵，不要倚靠世人，他们一点都不能救助你们。
- 4 他们的气一断，就归回尘土；他们所计划的，当天就幻灭了。
- 5 以雅各的 神为自己的帮助，仰望耶和华他的 神的，这人就是有福的。
- 6 耶和华造天、地、海，和其中的万物；他持守信实，直到永远。
- 7 他为受欺压的人伸冤，赐食物给饥饿的人，耶和华使被囚的得自由。
- 8 耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛，耶和华扶起被压迫的人，耶和华喜爱义人。
- 9 耶和华保护寄居的，扶持孤儿寡妇，却使恶人的行动挫败。
- 10 愿耶和华作王，直到永远！锡安哪！愿你的 神作王，直到万代。你们要赞美耶和华。
